Internal Panel
Search and invite experts from Terac's verified panel directly into your opportunities.
The internal panel gives you access to Terac's full database of verified experts. You can search by demographics, skills, and past participation to find and invite specific people into your opportunities.
Accessing the Internal Panel
There are two ways to access the panel:
- Organization-level Experts page - browse all experts who have interacted with your organization
- Opportunity Recruitment tab - search and invite experts directly into a specific opportunity
Searching for Experts
The panel search supports:
- Demographic filters - age, location, gender, education, income
- Professional filters - job function, industry, seniority, company size
- Attestation filters - government ID verified, LinkedIn connected, phone verified
- Participation history - experts who have or have not taken a specific opportunity
- Keyword search - search profiles by keywords and skills
Terac also provides AI-powered concept suggestions to help you discover relevant search terms you may not have considered.
Inviting Experts
Once you find experts who match your needs:
Select experts
Check the experts you want to invite from the search results.
Choose an opportunity
Select which opportunity to invite them to.
Send invitations
Invited experts receive a notification and can apply directly without needing to discover the opportunity through normal channels.
Expert Profiles
Each expert profile shows:
- Basic demographics and location
- Professional background
- Verified attestations (badges)
- Past participation history with your organization
- Quality rating from previous opportunities
Re-inviting Experts
If an expert was previously rejected due to hard filters (e.g., you changed your filter criteria), you can re-invite them. This is useful when you loosen filters on an active opportunity and want to reach experts who were previously excluded.
