| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Can't log in | Use the provider marked Last used, or the one you signed up with |
| No opportunities showing | Check Home for invitations, and verify your phone to apply |
| Moved money but it's not in my bank | Withdraw it from the Payout balance panel on your Earnings page |
| Interview camera or microphone blocked | Allow them in your browser's site settings, then reload. Chrome or Edge work best |
